At the beginning of the blog, I wanted to post a lot of things but I had little to post, now I shoot regularly and I can not find the time, it's great ... Because I have plenty of topics I want to speak here, I will address them chronologically but according to mood, and continue to post retaining the idea of "one post per topic.

First: I bought a month ago on 24 mm 1.4 Nikon, simply put a bomb is unnamed, the only goal I really that hard to fully open (yes, even better my 85 1.4). I take the time to revisit it in a specific post, as I have already used extensively in several reports on conditions quite different. Read the rest of this entry »

I was contacted by Lionel in a book project on carnival La Louviere, which will be edited by Gilles merchants, plus a photo book, a book is finally a thing composed of large images with a small line caption for the picture.

We had six photographers to work on the story, I was the only foreigner to folklore, one reason among others for which I had been chosen: the advantage of being outside is that it has added "candid" on folklore. In addition, in a city where almost everyone knows, if I risked my city was spending more time talking with people that make the picture: there was not the case. Before storing quadra, I worked with two 400W studio flashes (with built-General) AC; quite heavy and bulky to transport, the alternative being the cobras, less powerful, lower coverage, fewer accessories by super cons versatile.

Since my wishes and requests for images evolve, I inquired on the side of studio flash "phones," wholesale to combine something portable but able to provide me with sufficient power so as not to limit light levels. Read the rest of this entry »

As I explained in the previous post dedicated to the wedding of Kim & Jeff , I will detail the equipment used for this type of coverage and return on one key point: The backups and skimming, I decided for this solution take a Netbook, the first video comments in this post. Kim & Jeff Wedding - Bali

    November 26th, 2009

    http://www.photob.be/images/2009/kim&jeff/mariagekim&jeff.jpg

2009 was a year with a lot of marriages (and still counting) As I said on my site, what I love in marriage is the variety of situations and people who are there to share a moment to celebrate, there are lots of different photographic opportunities.

I'll speak more in detail about any marriage that got stronger this year (of course with the permission of those concerned).
